CDE is the Controller of the processing of personal data for external communication, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.
This processing is referenced in a register maintained by the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Controller and is based on the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller, namely to present and explain the activities it carries out.
Personal data: this is any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, directly or indirectly.
Processing of personal data: any operation relating to personal data (collection, recording, extraction, modification etc.)
Data subjects: any natural person whose personal data is processed. In the following, data subjects may be referred to as “You” or “Your”.
Data controller: the natural or legal person who determines the purpose and means of the processing.
Data Protection Officer: this is the person appointed by the data controller to inform and advise the organisation and its employees, to monitor compliance with the Regulation, to be contacted by data subjects for questions relating to their rights, to cooperate with the CNIL and to be its contact point.
