To meet your requirements, we design your customized industrial piping from flat sheet metal, which we roll into a tube. Depending on your requirements, we add flanges at each end of the tube to enable the sections to be joined together – except where on-site connection is by welding, in which case flanges are not necessary.
Your industrial piping can be manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel, with epoxy paint coating, hard rubberizing or other options to suit your requirements. Our industrial piping parts can measure up to 6 meters in a single piece, and are manufactured in several sectors beyond these dimensions. The thickness of your piping is determined by our calculations, which include stress analysis, seismic standards, supports, etc.
