Indeed, the method involves the implementation of tools such as 5S, visual management, process performance, or problem solving.
Industrial efficiency
From the design stage to the delivery of your storage solution or steel toll solution, we are committed to improving the overall performance, as well as that of the equipment. To this end, we have created standard volumes for storage tanks to optimise their lead time and cost, as well as related industrial equipment and accessories (e.g. slab frames). In fact, the best means of production is perpetually studied and all possible opportunities for improvement are addressed according to the “Plan, do, check, act” model, as part of an overall action plan.
